Purposes of processing
The data collected is processed for the following purposes:

Data storage and sharing
The data collected via the forms on the Portalp website is stored on our servers based in France.
Browsing data is stored on the secure servers of Matomo (web analysis solution), based in Germany.
The data collected is used strictly by Portalp and its distributor partners. No data is shared with third parties, except in the case of a legal obligation.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be kept only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:
- Connection data: kept for 13 months.
- Contact forms: kept for 3 years from the last contact.
- Applications: kept for 2 years after the last contact if the application is unsuccessful.
At the end of the retention period, the data is deleted or made anonymous, unless a specific retention period is imposed by law.
