Acting as a safety device for Emergency Exit doors, the PORTALP positive security lock ensures the automatic opening of the doors in an emergency, in accordance with the current regulations in general public venues and residential venues (CO48).

The positive security lock is installed on the DIVA LC or TINA door, broadening their scope of application.

The Positive Safety lock meets the expectations of residential venues that appreciate the comfort of an automatic door whilst respecting Safety regulations: hotels, boarding houses, retirement and rest homes, hospitals, clinics, holiday centres, etc.

The door acts as an Emergency Exit and must allow for quick evacuation of residents in an emergency.

Opening the doors occurs:

• manually ("Break Glass" box nearby),
• automatically as soon as there is a power cut.
